3D tube processing

FVS S.p.A. thanks to new processing lines it can carry out various processes on an increasingly used product:

Round square rectangular tubes, both cold EN10219 and hot EN10210

The standard processes concern:

• Laser processing up to 600mm diameter and 35mm thick tubes

• Straight and inclined executive length cutting, possibility to work bars up to 21mt

• Drill or laser drilling

• Notching

• Tapping

• Hole threading

• Special joints and joints between pipes to facilitate both bolted joints and reduction of welding
